The putter includes a multilayer White Ice insert that generates better resiliency and more control. |
The advanced blade design features a scoop-back blade with a squared-off toe, a slant neck hosel, and an alignment bridge, which combine to enhance your accuracy and heighten confidence. Odyssey added its multilayer White Ice insert, which has been fine-tuned to increase sound, responsiveness, and resiliency. The insert's inner core is 19 percent firmer and 92 percent stiffer than other inserts, leading to better resiliency and a more consistent distance control. In addition, the face surface has been roughened to enhance the sound at impact with softer golf balls. This rough texture also helps increase friction between the ball and the insert to promote forward roll.
In White Ice core models, Odyssey incorporated Tour-tuned weight ports within the sole. These ports optimize the putter head and shaft length, creating an ideal balance that maximizes feel, control, and accuracy. The head weight checks in at 11.99 ounces on 35-inch putters and 12.52 ounces on 33- and 34-inch putters, helping precisely tune the performance and feel. To top it off, Odyssey gave White Ice putters a dark nickel finish for a rich, premium look. The clubs' Tour-proven looks combine with a Tour-inspired feel to create Tour-level confidence every time you step on the green.

About Odyssey Putters
An Odyssey putter is a promise made. Odyssey designs each of its putters to help golfers to slay more demons and sink more putts. But the company also designs them to withstand any kind of punishment, and then backs them up with an Odyssey assurance of quality. Odyssey rarely sees a putter returned, but if you find a defect within a two-year period, the company will repair or replace it no questions asked. And that's a promise kept.
About Odyssey
Odyssey believes you can overcome a ton of adversity on the golf course--including nasty rough and deep sand traps--but that you live or die on the green. That's why the company has created some of the industry's most innovative putters over the years. In 1991, Odyssey released the first mallet putters molded entirely from a lightweight, soft, and resilient elastomer called Stronomic. Two years after its introduction, the Stronomic putter earned its first Tour win and quickly garnered wide acceptance among pros. By 1995, Odyssey had claimed 26 first-place victories across the six major tours, and by 1996 had claimed its first Masters win. In subsequent years, Odyssey unveiled the Tri-Force line, which offers a unique tri-sole design that squares the setup at address; the White Hot, with a patented insert that proves softer and more responsive than the Stronomic; and the White Steel, which combines a precision-milled, stainless-steel insert and an improved White Hot urethane insert to produce more precision and accuracy than ever before. In 2003, Odyssey neared a staggering 50 percent market share within the putter business, and has continued to profoundly influence the market ever since.
“Our White Ice Core Putters have a lethal combination of Tour-trusted shapes and our best-feeling, multi-layer insert ever. Thanks to extensive feedback we got from players on Tour, these putters have been fine-tuned for high performance like never before. And in its first year on Tour, we’ve already seen great success and we’re looking forward to many more wins to come.” — Austie Rollinson, Odyssey Principal Designer. Multi-layer insert has been fine-tuned to enhance sound, responsiveness, resiliency and consistency. Inner core is 19.6% firmer to enhance the feel and 92% stiffer for better resiliency, leading to consistent distance control. Tour-tuned weight ports in the sole optimize the putter head with the shaft length. Creates the ideal balance to maximize feel, control and accuracy. Creates a rich premium look for the utmost in confidence.
